All that looks delicious, I make a similar homemade version of a burrito bowl... one of my staple foods for bodybuilding; jam packed with good calories.

With 4-4.5 lbs beef I make 3 cups of basmati rice (uncooked), a package of guacamole and small container of sour cream, plus a generous amount of cheese... and it makes just over three servings (each serving is 2000 calories) or six servings at 1000. Heats up great in the microwave too, I'm actually making this tonight.

Here you go solly. Made 3 servings of 1400 calories, 60g fat, 120g carbs, 100g protein. More importantly, it's ****ing delicious.

Worked 13 hours yesterday, then partied through the night (no food or sleep) then got home and had a banana and a cup of yogurt before my 2 hour, very high intensity workout. My stomach didn't mind, but my heart on the other hand didn't enjoy the activity much at all. (although i was still able to bench my lifetime best 1rm.[260] Wonder what i could have done with proper preparation?)
I'm out of pre prepared food and because of my strict diet (absolutely no "processed" food) and how busy i am, i won't be able to eat until late this evening... If I'm lucky... Sent from my DROID RAZR using Bimmer App |

So far for breakfast: 5 pieces of bacon, 4 scrambled eggs (..1 whole, 3 whites) with shredded chicken mixed in, and a 1/4 cup of oatmeal.

I demolished almost this entire monster pot of "chili" today on my break. 1.25 pounds hamburger, 1 pound (uncooked) medium shell noodles, 1.5 cups (uncooked, about 4-5 cups once cooked) white rice, 5 tomatoes, 1 large onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 can of beans, 1 jalapeno and 1 habenero.
Seasoned with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, red pepper flakes and garlic salt. Picture is after i ate 5 bowls... Just couldn't stop eating it! Sent from my DROID RAZR using Bimmer App |
