Initially the concept sounded stupid, but after a bit of thinking it made sense. -It increases parking density of the building, which is normally pretty bad because of needing all the space to turn around and open doors and what not. -High density automated high rise parking structures similar to that already exist. -It gets needless amounts of free advertising to sell those $3M-7M apartments. -China gets more publicity. |
