Yes, definitely. You should get longer bolts with spacers regardless, whether it's a 3mm or 20mm.

You should not need an alignment after spacers, however that does not mean you're not due for one. Check your tirewear and if it's looking irregular, take it in for an alignment.

Your spacers didn't come with them? You could probably find some through online dealers, vendors on this site, or even eBay.
