Glovebox Flashlight - Adapter Not Getting Power

I picked up the adapter from ECS, the flashlight to cigarette lighter. I have not been able to get power out of it. The factory flashlight still lights up (could be not charging and just holding a charge). The fuses for what appear to be the glovebox light and center console 12v cig plug look good and work fine. But the adapter does not seem to be getting power. Ideas? Bad adapter?

I have read other threads on here about a #52 fuse (interior light, glovebox light, hand lamp), which I checked and is good (unplug it and the glovebox light turns off).

No responses yet?
Very least, is it possible to tap a power source to make an additional outlet in the glovebox (thus bypassing the flashlight/adapter?)

No idea to be honest. I'm getting that adapter myself probably by tomorrow or Saturday so if I run into that problem I can help out.

I have confirmed the flashlight socket is not getting power. And the fuse # is also not bad.
@Solidjake, let me know how yours went.
