Hello from Saad Racing new forum sponsor
Just wanted to reintroduce myself and my shop to all the E46 M3 lovers on the forums. All of you know our shop as the shop that built the two fastest E46 M3's in the world. We have now refined the kit and are introducing it for sale. Even though we have set our kit up to run with the ProEfi we will be offering our base kit with a DME tune to get you started on your way to big horsepower gains.
The logic behind our kit was to offer a product that had everything you needed to get started and the ability to build upon that without replacing what you had already paid for. So you could start by purchasing the base Turbo Kit for $9,995 than later add the intake manifold, ProEfi, fuel system ect. Until you had the same kit that is on our shop car. Let me make that point very clear, when you see our car run low tens and than into the 9's it will be all the same components that you would receive with your purchase. Also, as you add parts to make your car faster I can include the flash for the ProEfi to save you time and money! Our kits are track and street tested using only the best materials and craftsmanship. I will be happy to answer and questions about the kit. We have the base kit on our shop car now I can post up some pictures. Please post your questions and any requests for pictures you would like to see. |

Is there an estimated time that the DME tune will be done in? What is the estimated rwhp? No hurry, just asking.

When we put our mind to it we owned the 6 speed Supra world. Now we are focused on owning the E46 M3 records. The cool thing is that if you put our parts on your car, you will have the same speed capabilities as our shop car. 9's are closer than you think! The M3 is a great street car platform and I'm very excited about this kit. I guarantee it is the best kit on the market from front to back!

We should have the tune done late next week. As for horse power figures I am of the belief that you need to be very conservative with the factory ecu. You could make 475 rwhp easy but you would be asking for trouble in the long run, you just don't have the safe guards. Now if you add the ProEfi you can take this kit to 700 rwhp with the stock engine and have it be very reliable. I will have all the tunes ready to go for everyone that buys the different stages because all our cars will be the same and done right!

Good to hear from you Lawrence. I have a GTR in my shop right now that would just make you drool! If you have a chance you should try and come and see what we could turn your car into. We have that car dialed on the stock turbos and E85. How does low 10's @ 136 mph sound? High 9's on a very good track!

So 10k will get you a complete driveable turbo kit with the stock DME tuning? Then we could add the PROEFI later on and make serious power on the same kit?

It depends on what type of use you are looking for. For max power drag racing applications I believe that the 2JZ has a stronger block and bottom end to withstand power levels over 1100. But for high power street applications the S54's cylinder head flow and large cam profiles make it a much better choice. I want to show everyone that a properly set up M3 can dominate on the street and drive across country with comfort and reliability.

After talking to saad and getting some figures and all of questions answered quickly and precisely my mechanic and I think they are the obvious choice. Looking at their parts in comparison to others really does tell the story. Saving my pesos for a short block from them now.
