My Ride: 2002 330ci
Weighed in today at 150.3 (heaviest of my life) and put up 260 on the bench once (best 1rm of my life). 5' 9". 27.5" waist line.

My goal is to stick to the same weight but get up a 300 lb. 1rm by early march, double my weight....

My waist is pretty small too for an 185 lb. guy.......probably 30-31 inches. My 33" jeans have room in them. I also bench double my weight.

Same here brah. I'm wearing size 32 jeans and they're all cinched up. I just got some Joe's in a 31...waist is still a bit baggy.

Edit: I'm 184.5 as of Tuesday, according to my doctor.

LOL! Naw man, you're on the right track. My body hasn't changed much aside from some quad/hamstring/glute development. My current program is driving my lower body nuts (...in a good way ). I am extremely pleased with my strength gains.
