IF you guys are talking about the same wide body vert that I'm thinking of, it's far from clean when you're close. Stock E46 M3 wheels, no spacers so that the wheels aren't even flush with the wide fenders. The flat black paint is spotty in areas, etc., etc.
Does anyone know of a flat Estoril Blue 135i with a gloss black stripe down the middle? I saw it in Soulard and by SLU over the past several weeks. Sounded awesome.

Finally got my car back! 46 days abd 1800 miles later, no more mazda. Some issues with the car. The lines arent perfect and someone ran a buffer on the rood and caught the clear coat. They are going to sort that in tuesday. It feels so weird to drive after being in that mush box

So, guys, I have now changed my ET (after catostrophic failure), change the thermostat/housing (went aluminum) and I still have NO HEAT! Gonna try to do the water pump tomorrow. Need to double check the HCV. I tried checking it when I did he t-stat and I think it was workin.
If this doesn't do it, I might need to request a team effort on ripping the cooling system apart to find the issue. I'm amazed I haven't gotten frostbite yet! |

If your water pump didn't work, you wouldn't have an engine. Rofl.
Could be that there is still air in the heater core, or your heater control valve fuse (# 62) is blown, or there's a blockage in a heater line(unlikely) Check the fuse man!! |

Thanks Randy! I realize that, that's why I did the t-stat first but I'm starting to think its just barely hanging on & slosh a little movement. I have bled and did alternative bleed. I think there is probably still air in there as well but I can't get it out!
It seems like the air gravitates to the heater core and gets stuck. When I first fill after bleeding heat will. Work for a min the gradually fades out within a day or two. I had problems last year with it blowing cold at idle but fine at mid RPM. Maybe clogging somewhere? Either way, I'll try bleed again tomorrow, if that doesn't work I'll do the WP and go from there. Oh hey. Do you still have that PSP pulley? |

Cool. I gotta change the PSP soon too. If you're at the scrap yard or anything anytime soon. If you could heck for the PSP pulley bolts I'd appreciate it. I still got that one in there that's too long.

I don't think I'll be able to find just the bolts... But...
The PS pulley bolts are M8x14, BMW P/N 07119915067. Probably $0.50 a piece. You can get them at any hardware store now! Lol. |
