Error from one tail light, LED tails

I recently installed LED tails and on my dash it keeps giving me an error that the drivers side tail light is burn out. It isn't consistent, some days it wont come on at all, some day it goes on and off constantly.

Its very annoying as i have no lights on my dash, i looked over all the connections and they look okay. I previously found a thread of someone having a similar issue but I couldn't bring it up after searching.

They're EE LED tails from Khoalty, only a week old. Any help is appreciated.

Nah- it happens. I was never able to correct the problem with mine. I think maybe cakm3 made a fix thread for it.

Damn, its really annoying, I'm going to look for his thread. Hopefully I find the solution.

I did do a quick glance at the wiring, it looks okay, but it was dark. I did unplug and replug the resistor and the error goes away, but after driving it will go on, then off, then on and sometimes it will stay off for a while, or stay on for a while.

The wiring doesn't have to be bad for this to happen...

I had EEs on my old Silver Grey sedan and never actually was able to fix it. For the first 6 months or so all was well, then one would come up at startup and sometimes both after that. Hitting either turn signal would make it go away but it was annoying as hell.
