I dunno man! My hand gets dwarfed when I shake the hands of other men. Luckily my grip is firm (..and lightly calloused) and I have a good build, or else they might mistake them for feminine girly-man hands. LOL!

I seriously think the 3 best back workouts are widegrip pullups, deadlifts, and bent over barbell rows. My back looks sickening after doing these 3 for a month.
