How do you like IWC's customer service? The Portugese Chrono is my absolute favourite watch and I'd love to have it some day but I've heard some stories about servicing being a pain so if true I may rethink it.

Never had to use it. I bought it from torneau and they take care of everything for the first 5 years.

The 45mm version was too big. I dropped down to the 40mm version and added a NATO strap. Love it
