2005 E46 M3 For Sale DFW, TX

As much as I hate to do it, I'm putting up my E46 M3 for sale. The car is bone-stock and I'm the 3rd owner. The first owner traded it with around 15k mi's, the second owner is an anal engineer (stack of maintenance records) who had it for the majority of it's life. I've decided to go a different route and will be selling this, along with my Cayenne (If anyone's interested in that PM me!) for something different. Now to the good stuff:

$26,500 OBO

52,XXX mi's
Clean Car-Fax
Bone stock
Indigo Blue
HID's
Black Leather
SMG Tranny
Dice IPOD connection in ash-tray
Winter/Summer Floor Mats
Backup Parking Sensors
Never Smoked In
SMG Pump changed around 25k mi's under extended warranty
All maintenance performed by Classic BMW in Plano
Curb rash on the rims from prior owner - I really just haven't gotten around to fixing the wheels or buying new ones
Interior is mint, the driver seat does not have the wrecked bolsters that seem so common in the E46's.

Only issue for me is it's SMG. Also, curious what is hanging down from the bottom of the bumper, in the side view picture?

Haha, I just noticed that - it's the line in the concrete. I just happened to park right in front of it at the school and it looks like its part of the car. That's just the road!

Yup, still FS. Had several tire-kickers and trades (which I don't want).

If I could just get the car I'm in now sold I'd be all over this. This is pretty much exactly what I'm looking for and local, too. GLWS, I think lrinco01's idea would really help.
