Just do it, radiators are cheap compared to motors. I did mine at 120K along with the rest of the cooling system. It was time, radiator had a leak that showed when taken out. I got car at 116k and started gathering parts, finally got to it at 120K, thought of it as a ticking time bomb till system done. Would not take the car on a long trip as I thought it would go. Better secure in your cars ability to do a long trip than not...

For what it's worth my radiator started leaking on the side with the plastic seam around 125k miles.

After reading about all these sub 150k mile radiator failures, I'm glad I changed mine when I did the cooling system overhaul.
