airbag/seatbelt light

Hi everyone. I live near bel air, harford county md. Today when i got in my ///m and started it, i noticed that i had a red headlight looking indicator on my dash. I quickly figured out it was a turn signal bulb out. After a few fast flashes, it started to flash normally. So then i thought it might just b a fuse. Popped open the fuse panel and started checking fuses. I noticed my fuse slot #11 was empty, which is the airbag fuse. 2 weeks ago i saw this slot was empty when i was checking another fuse. This slot has been empty thw whole time i've owned the car, which is 6 months. Well after pulling all the fuses, one at a time, i syarted my car. Now my airbag and seatbelt lights r on. I didnt break anything or mess with anything under the seats. Only pulled fuses. Can any of u guys reset my lights for me? I'll come meet u somewhere. Please help this is driving me nuts. Ghanx
