Fixed my exterior door handle. The handle had been out for 2 weeks.
Had to remove window, guides and the exterior handle actuator. What a pain. Hopefully it will never come out again.

![]() I think I may end up with some K1s or better yet LTW5s for their weight advantages. CSLs look nice but i've only seen one quality rep. dont feel like going to 18s...

I need HELP..!!!!
I need to find how to install the camshafts, head gears and chains in my 320i to set the timing up. It got overheated And now I have to replace the head gasket. I know there are some tools to do this job and don´t get lost in the set up. Do you know where can I find more information? I have searched but may be I am not using the correct words... Thank you..!!

Days before I replaced the water tank, and the bottom O-ring was worn... I just added some silicone hi-temp to seal it. But guess what... it started to leak and I just refill until I get the o-ring to be replaced. But I think that day I did not purge it well and it hit the 125°C (262°F) without throwing any "low level" warning in the dash... I just saw the needle in the RED zone and I stopped the car... Now it throw the compresion by the water tank... so we need to replace the head gasket and resurface the head. I just got an oversized thickness head gasket to be replaced.

Did you compression test it? How did you verify your head gasket is blown and the head is warped.

I was thinking in reuse the holes and get new bolts for it. Is there a "safe" way to out them off? What you mean with inserts?

leakdown test. listen and look for air in the coolant or theres a chemical test too for th coolant that detects combustion gases

Be prepared to strip threads. Learn how to put in time serts and have them on hand. Anyway, you should do an actual compression test first, but those symptoms you list are suspicious.
