robbing with a sword is a good thing

This was at a comp this past weekend. I posted video somewhere yesterday but it was taken down.

Absolute embarrassment to the "sport"

The video was a girl hanging from a barbell and two guys doing thrusters with one end of the barbell, then the guys would hild the weight over head and the girl would do pull ups.

when I watched the video they pretty much hunched over and let her off. I don't think anyone fell off.

When I used to go to a box, the funniest thing I encountered was untimely flatulence especially during abmat situps when everyone is going 100mph, something is bound to squeak out

Good luck on your certs and business venture...caught your thread on my phone a little while back and meant to tell you about Fringe Sport. If you don't have all of your equipment yet, they are worth checking out. They were fairly new when I was buying stuff for my home gym, but there prices were pretty good. I ended up buying my bumpers from them...

They actually reached out to me from a post on reddit I made. They swore they could beat rogue but they were actually $30 higher. Don't ask me why but I'm kind of a brand wh0re with this stuff and for me to go with them over rogue and muscle driver I would need at least a few hundred off my $3500 purchase.

Wow, Fringe was def cheaper than Rogue when I was shopping around; Rogue's bulk pricing must be better. At that price, I wouldn't think twice about going with Rogue. I bought my oly bar and pull-up bar from Rogue and am very pleased with their stuff.

Yea dude I'm shocked. I don't see why anyone would go with them if they're the same price.
