Hahah we're sick. I love my bed. Everyone that's ever slept in it loves it too.

I have a tempurpedic at home. I miss it every night I sleep in my bed at school. like now

Anyone who wants a tub of white flood I have a 1.5 pound one of fruit punch I'm willing to part ways with. I tried one scoop of it and didn't like the taste, so its got 99 servings left in it. Bought it 2 days ago. 35$ !

Guys I need some motivation, I had a really weak day at the gym today. 3 days off and some running, and worked overtime till 3am last night and struggled with weight I usually get pretty decent today.

I'm going to rule natural. He could be using, but I wouldn't look at him and label him a user based on his physique. It's definitely attainable naturally.

Not all users are absolute ripped monsters though. I know a lot personally and none of them look like what you seem to describe. Typically they just get bigger faster. They have good physiques but nothing too impressive.

That's why I said that he could be using. I know roid users who span the aesthetic range, so it's really hard to tell these days. One thing is for certain, the big, dense, ripped roid users are really easy to spot.

Yea a body like his would take someone 10 years to get and some how he has it at 18. I'd like to see this kid a few years ago.

i'm almost 28 years old, which means i've been lifting for about a full decade now. lately, i've been wondering what it's like to not have this obligation in your life for 4-5 days out of the week. it must be nice to get home from work and just do whatever you want without feeling like a slob if you havent been in the gym that day.

You never take days off during the week?

I will usually go to some bar association happy hour. Play video games or take a nap before going out.

Its a nice break, but 9/10 I prefer working out.

Look at it this way, those without an obligation to fitness are usually in pretty bad shape in some way, shape or form (..and they almost always talk about WANTING to workout and WISHING they were in better shape). Find solace in your regimentation. Most don't have it! Give yourself an extra day off. I only hit the gym 3 times during a 7 day period.

exactly right. Many of us may not be ripped freaks but without working out we'd be slobs like all those other people that don't workout.

lately, ive been lifting on tue/wed/thurs and then sat/sun. one of those five days is usually pretty light.

on the one hand, there's a real sense of pride in the fact that i have this kind of work ethic for what is essentially a hobby, especially given the fact that my entire academic/work career has been pretty rigorous. on the other hand, it'd be real nice to have an extra hour of tv/video games/drinking when i get home from work everyday
