What's the difference between that and stock. Box looks the same.

While the box is incredibly similar, BMW claims it is reworked and provides a very modest 3hp gain (some dyno testing indicated a 6.5 - 8 HP gain). That coupled with the Carbon Fiber accent, and increased sound from 4k - 5k RPM made it a popular item when pricing was below the $1,000 MSRP.

This one is gutted to accomodate a different filter. Additionally, it has an additional air inlet at the front that is not found on the stock box.

You'd be looking for BMW's part number: 13720431649. I'm unsure if there is an aftermarket filter available for this application.

There is a filter that is available at most auto parts shops that will work. I can post later with the info, if someone else doesn't before then.

These are the install instructions for those curious. It's a very straight forward install. I will also include a physical copy in the package. BMW doesn't provide these when you purchase them, even brand new from a dealership-- no idea why.
