I've got a pair of their chinos and they seem nice


They always have a coupon, or some such, so I would try to not pay full price.

facebook told me that you "liked" bonobos .. which made me look at their current 30% off promo (which applies to items already on sale)
and led me to ask about the wool pants

When you're overseas, do you start shopping on American websites, forgetting you're in Asia and not California? (I'm honestly asking - not challenging you.)

I'm just saying you have no idea who is on the other side of that ebay transaction
And of course no one "forgets"
Whoever bid on your auction sought it out

I know for a fact that shoes of bigger lengths and widths are hard to come by in korea which makes the ex-pats and other foreigner residents order online

I knew from a very early age I wanted to be an Engineer or a Pilot.

I'm glad I'm not a pilot to be honest, its a bitch of a career and you are always gone unless you are flying heavies 10 days a month..but that takes seniority.

I went the engineering route, provides me the time and money to keep flying a hobby, Looking to get a Archer or Skyhawk in the next decade to play around in. I think once you turn a hobby into a career a lot of the fun gets sucked out of it with processes.

I think it would all depend on how they look on your face. I dunno that I could wear them, but I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with them.

Who knows: maybe they would look really good on you. Have you tried them on?

damn you're up early VD. i was kinda just trying to do this all online without trying them on because i'm a bit too busy to stop by a mall in the next couple weeks. having familiarity with my face, i think they would probably work. i'm thinking i could just return them at a store if i end up looking ridiculous.

Why don't you want to sell to international bidders? Is it just because they want you to ship for the same price? Or is there another issue?

I thought the exact same thing when I first saw them, but didn't say it. That guy was a total badass, though, so it's not a bad look to emulate if you can pull it off.

well i'm nowhere near as badass as that guy. this is mildly discouraging.

I usually ship to foreign countries. Always ship with insurance and priority mail. I charge them more, but I feel its reasonable.

Never ship to italy
Several members have posted on styleforum that they have had italian customs or postal service steal the items in transit ... or could be the buyer trying to scam
either way the items supposedly never reached the buyer
Just be aware of the extra risk and hassle of trying to recover something when dealing with an international buyer
