Lightbulb Lights Issue need help!!

-Lately my cars been acting up with this light situation.

-Once in a while when i start my car, the passenger light doesn't turn on.
in order for me to get it to turn on, i just flick the LCM switches off and on(left to the right) back and forth till it turns on. someone told me it might be my igniter.

-But today i was on my way to a relatives house and the passanger side xenon light went out and my car was on automatic headlight control. this happened while i was driving while all the lights were already on. i flicked the switch back and forth and nothing would happen. i pulled over to check it and the lights would only work if i switch the LCM all the way to the on switch (to the right).

- when i switch the LCM to auto lights now, my dash lights and my xenons won't turn on but my ANGEL EYES WOULD STAY ON. but it will work if i switch it to on(to the right)

- im not sure how to diagnose the problem, if anyone can help me out. i would appreciate it

- im thinking it could be my lcm

sounds like it could be your lcm. have you swapped the bulbs/ballast to isolate the problem?
