Where to buy cheap replacement ballast/ igniter?

Hey guys, first time poster and I haven't been part of a forum in forever.
That being said, I apologize if i'm breaking any rules or posting in the wrong section.
So I ordered new D2S bulbs and they arrived today to replace my stock bulbs, especially one bulb I believed to have been blown.
However after installation that blown bulb still didn't light.
I resorted to disassembling my headlight housing (passenger side) and found that my ballast and igniter were both burnt.
I'm wondering if anybody knows where I can purchase replacements for cheap?
I drive a '01 330i, MT. and I'll provide pictures of what I found. Don't mind the dirty hands
Thanks!

That ignitor looks bad. But did you still try to test the ballast to make sure?

I think ebay used one will be the cheapest choice.

I do have a extra ignitor that was test good. But it is black in color. and I not sure if this will fit yours. It was off from a 2001 m3

How would I test the ballast without disassembling the other headlight housing?
On that note; I took off that ballast mount and saw that it actually just connects to the ballast via a wire.
I assume that the ballast is still okay and that only the igniter and the ballast mount/wire are the only things gone bad, seeing as only those two are the only one with physical signs of damage.

Thanks man; I checked ebay and they seemed to have a good collection of what I needed. I'm also not sure if that would work on mine :S
