I've definitely leaned out doing CF, while eating a clean diet but by no means a cutting diet.

Here's an updated picture after today's workout (open gym - made up my own workout). I also did some box jumps. I can do 40" pretty easily but failed multiple times on 42". It seems to be more of a mental issue, based on how much I can clear the 40".

The other picture is today's lunch. I finally got a crock pot

For what it's worth, I've leaned out better on CF and a moderate diet and basic supplements (multi, glutamine, small amount of caffeine/arginine pre-workout) than with any extreme diet, heavy supplement usage, and crazy cardio in my past.

On Monday, we did two basic things.

1) jump rope/sprint drills. Each period is 2 min. Person A does 20 doubles or 50 singles, then person B sprints to a point, chest to floor, back, person A does same. In period 2, person B does the jump rope, then each person does two sprints. You alternate the jumping and do an extra sprint (each) per round until you cannot complete it in two minutes.

B) 20 minutes... On odd minutes, you do 40 seconds of two movements (push/pull, I did push ups and pull ups) then 20 sec rest. On even minutes, you do 40 seconds of two different movements (core and conditioning, I did sit ups and box jumps), then rest for 20 seconds.

What about hand stand push ups?

I haven't ever given them a serious shot, but given that I can only press 120 x 5 I doubt I could do one weighing 180 lbs? or does it work differently
