yeah.. these will be for cleans, DL, squats, ect. pretty much anything that doesnt include a bunch of flexing, like box jumps, running, ect. but ill probably be working out when i move, in my backyard. Changing shoes wont be a big deal.

I've read the Nikes are for straight up Olympic lifting and nothing else, whereas the Adidas and Reeboks are for Olympic lifting but also decent for normal lifting.

Just curious if you had a specific reason as I'm considering a pair of shoes in this style, but don't know anybody who has them (except for some legit Olympic lifting shoes from like ten years ago that look like bad club shoes.

It's more easy to kill with a sword than with a gun.

A sword is more frightening than toy-looking gun like glock.

robbing with a sword is a good thing

Just solely from reviews. I think oly shoes period aren't meant to flex over long period of time like mixing in box jumps. But the way my workouts are set up I can use them most of the time. They are a bit heavier than other shoes, but the stability you feel with them is really something that needs to be had first hand to see the difference. Ill update them more as I keep using them. They really feel like they are built so much better than regular nikes though.

Doing the same with the squatting tonight. Thursdays are always the hardest. 295x10 to start tonight.... I'm going to be really excited if I can ride this out for another 3 or 4 weeks. It may kill me, but I'll give it a shot.

I need so much sleep on this program... lol.
