Exactly, I do mine just like the video also. If it was a barbell, it would touch my chest. A lot of people put too much stress on their shoulders and that's why they don't go down to chest.
Kushy, you may want to bring your elbows in more so you can get more ROM. If I worked out with someone I would film my incline press today to show you what I mean.

For him, yes! His arm length/rib-chest shape allow for that. A tad past parallel still leaves me with about 2" of room between my chest and the bar.

Tuck your elbows. You're flared WAY out.

cool. I used same weight with better ROM and felt it much more the day after.

Another note, I started remicade today. I feel no different at all, no reaction. Chick said I could gain 20 lbs

Day 1: slept for 12 hours, woke up with headache and felt confused. Got scared that I was having a reaction and freaked myself out more.

My appetite has increased already but it might just be temporary (hopefully not). I still have a bit of a headache, but it's getting better.

I'm going to lift in a few hours and have no idea how it's gonna go but I'm pumped to do pull up and the dip contest.

After almost 5 years I weighed in at 210 with abs. Natural

You got a long road ahead but keep at it, You will reach your goals eventually!
You must be huge if you have abs weighing 210 at 5'11".

50 cent weighs 198 and is 6'1"

Yeah, I'd like to see a pic of him. It's easy to make a claim without a pic.

[/provocation attempt]

I'm 5'10.5 and this is what I looked like at 194lbs with faint abs.

5'11 and 210lbs with abs is enormous, especially for a natural guy.

P.S. I understand your pain though. I have lost 4 lbs. in the last couple of weeks NOT due to depression. I think my calories have tapered off slightly, so I'm leaning down. I couldn't even finish my large pizza last night (..unheard of I know!), and gobbled the last four slices for breakfast this morning. I don't know what is up.

I'm about as lean as I was then, just smaller. Also not eating 8oz of chicken and a cup of brown rice twice a day.

And don't worry - I'll have some pizza for you. I'm sure that'll help out in some inexplicable way.

I feel like I'm going to sprout feathers and cluck the way I eat chicken & rice.
