Make sure that the vents on the right are fully opened, do you have any air coming out from the right vents or no air at all?

I noticed if I close three vents and just leave one open, air is still coming out, but just cold to warm, if you turn the temperature down to 16 it will get cold, but when you put temperature up to max it will only get warm,

Could it be the resister ???

If your blower motor blows out enough air compared to what it was before the problem, then it can't be the FSR resistor, otherwise it could be. Things that you could try to troubleshoot the problem:

1- Check fan motor speed to ensure it is blowing enough air, if not, check the resistor.
2- With car running, wait till the temp gauge on the cluster rises to the middle position, this ensure the engine and the coolant are up to the proper operating temperature.
3- turn the cabin temp setting to max., open the hood, use your hand to feel the 2 rubber hoses attached to the Heater Control Valve (HCV ) located below the upper air intake hose,
4- If the bottom outlet hose is much cooler than the upper intake hose, then the HCV is somehow partial opened, with the setting set to max, it should be fully opened to pass all hot coolant through the heater core to get max heat out to all vents provided that the blower motor is functioning correctly. In this case, most likely the HCV is defective.
Note: Although some other things could also cause the HCV acted like partial opened (cycle on and off) like a mulfunction cabin temp control module or a dirty or defective cabin temp sensor, but my bet here is the HCV..
5- If the 2 hoses are equally very warm, however, you still don't have enough heat out to all vents, perhalps the heater core is partially blocked and not allowed enough hot coolant to pass through resulting lesser heat to the vents especially the one at the far right.
