Like the updates. Our cars are so similar it's crazy. The drop is def worth it man, It really changes the look of the car for the better. You beat
me to a set of wheels. I'm dying for LM's but in 19 inch. How's the muffler delete? I was planning on doing it once I saw my brother get a quad setup on his e60, the sound is so ridic I drive with the radio off lol.
Anyway I can't wait to see the wheels on the car. Keep it up

Where did you get the smoked side corners? One of my clears started fogging up and looks like crap now. This the the first thread I have run across with and up close pictures of said corners, and I think they look pretty good.

How was the install of the HID fogs? Easy or a pain?

I know right. I really like How the blacked out bowls look. I wish I still had my angel eyes. The muffler delete is completely worth it. There's some timed I wish it was a little louder, but others where if it were any louder my head would explode (going up hills for example)

Thanks man

I got the smoked ones from khoalty. I've had a set of clears and smokes fog up on me. I spent a solid hour with a blowdryer, a funnel and some bendy straws blowing all the condensation away. Then I reinstalled and electrical taped all around the bulb for an airtight seal. Haven't had any problems.

HID install wasnt bad. Worst part was figuring out where to mount the ballasts

Your car looks good when do you think you'll put the wheels on?

I'm going to pull the trigger on the smoked Corners, Side Markers, and the EE smoked tails. I was thinking about the LED smoked corners but the LED's look cheap to me.

btw your car looks great!

Thanks! Depending on what color your car is, I'd go with clears. Most colors look better and the smoked gets old really quick.. Ask me how I know And you're right the led corners do look cheap. Just stick with the chrome bulbs that light up amber. Such a clean look

Got it at a local Midas. I think it was about $140. An independent shop might do it for less though. Really depends on where you go. If a shop asks for more than $175 look somewhere else. I got the stainless steel tips at jegs.com 3.0 inch outlet and 2.5 inch inlet. They had to use adapters because the exhaust piping on our cars is either 2.25 or just 2 inches.

I have a Black ZHP, I have clears already. I may just pay more and get the OEM clears if I can. I've heard the ones from Khoalty turn yellow after a period of time.

I pulled the corner off that was getting water in only to find out that it is setup like a double pane window. The water is coming in from the outside seal.

Yeah I had the same problem. If you blow dry it for long enough though it works. I taped a funnel to the opening and then to the blowdryer and just let it go for a while

Nice car OP, kinda like the facelift version of my car, also best place to mount the ballasts is behind where the bumper shocks mount, out of site from the elements. Also I'm debating whether to do the muffler delete or an aftermarket muffler.

Thanks man. Im going to remount my passenger side one (when its not 10 degrees outside of course ). Its pretty exposed, im actually surprised the weather hasnt gotten to it yet. I'd definitely recommend the muffler delete. The only thing is yours is a 323 and Im not sure how different it would sound. What you can do is cut the muffler out, see how it sounds and if you dont like it just buy an aftermarket muffler and have a shop weld it up for you

Yeah I love the look of facelifts so much more than prefacelifts. A lot newer and nicer looking IMO

Hit a patch of ice last night.. Jacked the car up today. Looks to me like a bent a rear lower control arm. Not sure the real extent of the damage though

Cars been back. Rides beautifully, just as it did before the mishap So Im going to be ordering springs and tires soon but Im not 100% on what size I should get. Would 225/35 sound good on an 18x9 et35 wheel? Or 225/40? Or maybe 235/40?? Help me out guys!

Also trying to find some time to paint my trim silver. Weathers been warming up so hopefully soon

Just out of curiosity why not 35? Too low of a profile?
