Correct! Just wondering because he says he's pulley its 10psi 145mm
And he ran it on his 323ci
As far as i know engine size should not matter. O well!
On the other hand i have received and email stating 140mm its 6.5psi
For the ASA tm12 and not 8psi ??

To be honest. It's hard to tell how much boost the manifold will see as each motor (325, 328, 330) takes in different amount of air volume at a time. 325 motor might see 10psi but 328 will see 8.5-9 as its displacement is much bigger...

I would recommend going with -10mm to -15mm from what you have and go from there...

I emailed Samir last night, the 10psi pulley is 130mm, but they dont have it available and would have to be fabricated from scratch, they want $350 for the single pulley

I see your point! I guess it does make sence, since the 330 is anle to breath more air, and doesnt choke like the 325, thanks !!
I also email Samir and am happy he's willing to help out!
Alot cheaper the ess, which did offer a tune but no help at all, if i had an issue! But you cant blame them, after all its not a kit of their own!

I think my pulley is 110mm and it pushes about 10.5. How hard is it to get a copy of it made?

if the parameters doesn't change much but to get max power is to retune.

It shouldn't be too expensive, a good machine shop will easily do it. Make a couple, I will buy you one

Tripp, how much boost will you run? you will stay with the auto tranny right? Im planing to do it too, but I want to reinforce it to hold the extra power.

So a friend of mines works at the BMW dealer, here in las vegas!
He's an autotech there!
He says if i put 30lb injectors on my car and i can run about 7psi without any tuning! He stated the ms43 is really intelligent and at closed loop the dmw will lean out the injector to run correct afr, but when on open loop the oxygen sensor does not send any signal back to the ecu, therefore the dmw only reads from the MAF sensor and flows at aproxiamatly 90% duty cycle!
Therefore 7psi would have enough fuel to run!

Am comfused! He explain so many things and lost me big time! Also said if i wanted i could use a 10k potentiometer to fool yhe ecu to squirt less fuel if mixture wasnt achieved right! Is he a moron? Or does he know his stuff! WTF??
