Well if it does I guess I'll have a good reason to get an s54 May I ask how your oil pump nut failed? Was it at the track?

one day that would have equaled a few track days with no breaks. About 3 hours of high revving hard driving trying to keep up with a couple m3's.

I like your perspective. Had i not found such a great deal on a low mileage m54b30, that was going to be my plan also. Enjoy the car man, looks fun and fast!

Got the car back and have some good and not so god news. The good news: car feels amazing with all the new bushings and mounts. Not so good news: LSD couldn't be installed. Im so bummed Something inside the pumpkin needs to be custom fabricated. I don't know what it is, but I need to send it out to a specialized diff place to get it installed.

Max PSI was great though. Overall I'm really happy and will be making a thread about it. They deserve a lot of credit for their work.

I asked Luke to put the car on a Dyno, but he couldn't do it that day. So next week I'm gonna make an appointment for it.

bump for a homie.

I can 100% vouch when I tell you this car is a BLAST to drive. Drove it yesterday and it "boogies" in 3rd. It's SOOO smooth throughout the entire power band with zero hesitation. Stav's new clutch/clutch stop he just got recently installed was incredible. It seriously engages flawlessly and shifting as a whole is as smooth as ever. I've seen this car and driven this car plenty of times and I can safely say this is the best it's ever felt. It really does drive like a 100% OEM car until you get on it. Car is solid as a rock and it's crazy seeing how it has progressed over the time especially being done 100% right. GJ homie
