It threw a code for misfire with low fuel I cleared it then my light came on again while driving and then it went off

Yeah, I called for the first time a while back to report a guy passed out on his steering wheel and I remember the operators were so sloooow. Like the first person who answered was still laughing about something when she answered the call and then she just transferred me somewhere else so I had to explain everything over again. This was after getting a busy signal for the first few times.
