I prefer to lift alone when I can because I don't like to socialize a lot of the time. Lifting with someone requires me to talk, and lifting is like a "no-talk-only-think-zone" for me. I'm self-motivated, so I don't require accountability. With that said, I also don't go heavy without a spotter. I "socialize" enough to be on speaking terms with certain people who workout in my gym. When I need a spot, I ask one of them.

Yeah, and we won't see videos from them either.

Sometimes I get jealous seeing what you guys can do then I remember when I have parties and the beer muscles come out, people try ring dips and almost kill themselves. I can live with being well above average in the real world lol.

The ring dips were sets of 10, as part of a larger workout. The standard dips were three sets (10/10/5.)

robbing with a sword is a good thing

Come at me bro! Make sure it's the last thing you do in your workout. My 44 was after front squatting, military pressing, weighted dips, leg pressing, etc. etc. BMW_Matt on camera! Yes!

Because I didn't do mine fresh, so your fresh number shouldn't be compared to my fatigued number (...I can probably do 60+ fresh based on that 44 fatigued ). Same as my pull-up video.

Not necessarily (..you may not work out like me), I just want you to be fatigued in some way, shape or form.

33! Nice! I personally think that your body is a tad too far forward.....meaning you're off center. You could/will likely do more if you adjust your body position. I think I'm going to max out on ring dips too. Open gym at the local gymast camp is Thursday. I might even post some flips for you guys too.
