These dips fuucked me man. There's something wrong in the bone in my chest I think. The pain I have right now is making me postpone my chest shoulder day. All I'm doing is the 50 squats. It doesn't feel like the pain is on the muscle but I guess it might be.

If the pain you are describing is anything like a "ripping, stabbing pain in the center of the chest" (best I can describe it) then its normal I think... if you've ever done slow cable crossovers you know this pain.

Does the pain originate from where your pectoral muscle attaches to your sternum? I used to do weighted dips regularly and injured that attachment when I exerted a beast of a cough. I couldn't do any heavy chest or dip exercises for almost a year afterwards.

Maybe but I've been doing them like this for over a year. It also happened after heavy benching a while back and the only thing that seems to aggravate it is dips. Ill see how I feel tomorrow. It's not too bad.
And yea it does feel where my muscle meets my bone |

I had this pain for a while. Abandon dips for now and, when you get back into them, don't let your shoulders push forward. Keep your Chest pushed out. This generally comes with staying more upright and not leaning so far forward.

Why is it that when I suggested that your form was the problem (..which I can ascertain just by looking at you on video; it's pretty easy to see), you replied, "I have been doing them this way for over a year and have never had a problem, sooooo.....I don't think that's the issue, etc.", but when Dave basically tells you that your form is the issue and suggests that you change it, you say, "Ok cool! I will do that."?
