2003 330zhp Six Speed Manual CLT NC PRICE REDUCED
For sale is my 2003 330 zhp six speed. The car runs and drives great. The car has most of what I would consider typical options for this vehicle (grey leather, alacantra wheel, Nav system, sunroof, HK sound, HID lights). Everything works. The car has 76k miles on it. My asking price is 8500 $
The only "negative" is the car is a repaired wreck (from total loss). While the car is certainly not perfect (a couple of hail dents, rock chips on the front, and most of the ductwork leading to the radiator was never replaced from the wreck) it is a GREAT car that gets lots of comments. When I purchased the car, I had intended to replace all of the plastic ductwork, which I priced from Tischer BMW at 500$. After making it through our warmest summer in my lifetime with no issues (temp gauge ran at exactly same point as it does in winter), I just never got around to it. When I purchased the car it only had 45k miles on it, and I got an excellent deal. I drive to alot of remote construction sites, and if I continue ot drive it, it will not remain a nice vehicle long. I am going back to driving beaters, and am letting it go for what I consider to be an excellent price considering the mileage. Mechanically you will not find a better deal. While I describe the car as not perfect, I do get lots of nice car/rich guy comments (I consider this odd for a 9 year old car, but whatever). I will also throw on in the ebay diagnostics/programming tool that allows you to see/service/diagnose/reset various things VIA a PC. I think the one I bought was "BMW Scan." I used this to half the factory service intervals from 15k miles to 7500 miles, and the car has gotten the Castrol Euro Formula that meets the oddball BMW oil spec since I have owned it. Looking at other ads on this site, this is a solid 30% cheaper than the asking price of vehicles with higher mileage. I am honest about history/condition and it makes an excellent driver. Prices are always negotiable.
Typically the largest problem with this is obtaining a loan, and I do have the # of an institution that would provide a loan for this vehicle, for this value. Last edited by wesk; 01-29-2013 at 09:47 PM. |

Great looking car. Good luck with the sale. After 10 years old who would mind if the car has a rebuilt title if it has been fixed correctly. You would always get a hater making bad comments. 9000 seems reasonable for a low mileage ZHP. My convertible is a rebuilt title and I have owned it for the past 5 years with no issues.

Do you know the full details of the wreck and what was fixed/not fixed, other than the front bumper missing the plastic ducts?

While I agree with you, I am simply stating I have an institution that would issue a loan on this vehicle, for this price.

I can tell you the typical signs of hard/structural wreck are not there. I have put 30k miles on the car without changing the front tires, and they still have life left in them (meaning alignment is not jacked/impossible to get right). The car is a nice, but not perfect car. Last edited by wesk; 01-31-2013 at 10:23 PM. |

Still for sale. Just so everyone is clear, I love the car and am selling it because I need to free up some cash. I am not interested in trades, sorry.
I also wanted to point out this is OBO, price is not firm. |
