I upgraded to an iPhone 5, so no more need for this phone. This phone has been problem free and everything still works perfectly. Charger, and charging/syncing cable included. Has small scratches from normal use, but no cracks or dents.

EDIT: I just called in a few moments ago and had the phone unlocked by AT&T.
