173 this morning. Been running a ton prepping for spring break end of this month and spartan race 4/27. You guys think too skinny. My wife's friend said I look scrawny. Now granted her husband is 6-3 with a big ole gut.

That's the problem. Most people can't really gain muscle and lose fat at the same time but many people can maintain fat and gain muscle. I probably gained a little fat but I'm ok with that. If you want to get bigger you have to compromise a bit. I think a little more calories will help you. |

I'm posting a guide I've been working on for a few days today.. Check it out. Great job man, i agree with solly and think you are at the point where you need to start lifting heavy. You don't look too skinny, but adding just 3-5 lbs of muscle would make you look a lot more "fit". If you continue to lose weight using your methods I think you might start losing noticeable strength/tissue
