Unless we're on a space ship, I can't do them without a wall.

LOL! I figured as much. I can only muster them because I spend as much time on my hands as I do my feet.

With a wall......let's do this! DylloS, start it off bro.

Is it just raw number? In a row or total? Subject to time limit? Head touching floor or elbows breaking 90*?

I just had a mental image of a cop doing a traffic stop...going up to the car walking only on his hands...asking for the drivers license right meow.

I'd say total, but if you need to rest, it must be in the up/arms full extended position. No time limits and the head doesn't need to touch the floor. Elbows must reach 90* minimum.

Hey OP, or anyone....

I been following as i'm trying to get back in the rhythm of working out. I've done the gym, and triathlons, and been in decent shape. But what i have NEVER done, which i started on Sunday is a proper diet and eating right. So far im 4 days in, I feel good and confident avoiding the carbs and rice. I have short goals of 2 weeks, then extend to a month and etc...

Long story short, when or if you drink what should I avoid ? Beer? some ppl say white lqr some say dark? your thoughts ?

vodka water w/ lime or vodka tonic w/ lime is the best imo. no carbs, 70 calories per shot of vodka and thats it. When you drink beer or mixed drinks the calories/carbs add up very quickly.

Read this for an advanced approach to drinking / avoiding negative effects.

Don't you mean Vodka soda? I believe tonic has 100 calories per drink.

Vodka/soda water is nasty. Unless you're going to drink a ton, might as well get something you like

I'm a hard cider guy. I don't drink much though.

And chocolate. There is an inverse relation between my level of leanness and my cravings for chocolate.

Cider is, in my opinion, the best alcoholic drink.

I'm going to my regular gym tonight, will do some Olympic lifting, some rowing, and perhaps a little bit of arms.

Here's a picture of me from the other night (Sunday), same night I did the HSPU contest video. I was feeling good but holding water. The next day, I was super bloated and sick feeling. I took last night off from the gym...stomach was acting up and I felt awful.

Updated pictures of me. I've definitely lost a little bit of size, but I'm happy at my current weight (about 188) and condition.
