So I did my dips, this was at the middle 50% of my gym time when I transitioned over to tri's from bi's. Now a disclaimer, I know my form is bad here, it felt WAY better than that while I was doing them and I looked at the video and got pretty discouraged. It looks like I only come down to about 70 degrees instead of 90, which I will attempt to fix next time around.
