Diaphragm pain

So after dinner just now! I am experiencing some pain in my diaphragm area. Do any health fanatics know what this could be? It is a sharp pain sensation that seems to come from just below my xyphoid process area. I doubt heart problems or lungs but who knows right?

Anyways, would be nice if you would help

Sounds like the sort of situation where toxins concentrate, then are pushed away and dissipated by the body.
