So I did my dips, this was at the middle 50% of my gym time when I transitioned over to tri's from bi's. Now a disclaimer, I know my form is bad here, it felt WAY better than that while I was doing them and I looked at the video and got pretty discouraged. It looks like I only come down to about 70 degrees instead of 90, which I will attempt to fix next time around.

M3inline6, this was for you big guy, I was coming for ya Hopefully my form will be better this week.

If I'm doing something to motivate you, chase me. Good attempt, and I'm looking forward to your updated video!

Mike it was just barely 39 reps when I came down to almost 90. I'm still disappointed about the arm angle, and I know my number will be less when I go to 90degrees, but 20 of perfect form will do way more than 39 imperfect form, so regardless

5'9" 235lbs.
I'm in the same crowd with a lot of others here. Body wieght dips for me pretty easy. I do 3x10-15 at the end of my tricep workout to basically expend what's left before leaving. If I'm doing it as a main exercise, it's doing 3x10 with anywhere from 70-90lbs strapped onto the belt somewhere around the middle of my tricep workout.

Any pics of your 5'9", 235 lb. frame? You must be one stocky f@cker. One of my buddies who works for one of the local allied agencies has a similar build. He called me to take over a deuce a few months ago and the first thing I said was, "I bet you're rubbing up against the Remington now huh? You stocky f@cker!!!" ....

What's funny is that I have an older brother that is 5'7" 155 and big into mountain biking, and younger brother that is 6'2" 300 and a former Minnesota State lineman.

I don't have too many pictures of myself. This is from about 8 months ago. I'm right in the middle.

Check his YouTube links, there are videos of him there...great links, I might add, that I sat down and watched a few days ago and learned a boat load.

Really enjoyed them, Andy, thanks

robbing with a sword is a good thing

NW metro. I used to be pretty active with the local BMW scene and went to all the meets. I also used to show with Eurowerkz. I had a carbonschwarz E46 M3 back in the day, and then an estorilblau 99 M Coupe after that.

Hmm, ok. I just recently got into the BMW stuff, so I doubt it was anything related to that. I was thinking you'd maybe been to Cowboy Jacks in Bloomington for some reason (I'm a bouncer there). Thought maybe you'd showed up for an incident at some point.
