18'' 8.5j ET18 fit e46 touring ?

Hi

8,5j et18 does that fit on a e46 with stretched tire's ?(and car dropped)
yes? : what size tires wil i need?
No?: does the fenders need to bee modified a lot ? because i got my one fender roller but not the expierence haha

I would recommend rolling the fenders, even if you don't have much experience with it. If you take your time and make sure that the area has adequate heat applied your paint should be okay. As far as the tire sizing though, it's hard to say since it will depend on how low you are, your alignment specs, tire brand/model of choice, etc.

That's a fairly aggressive fit though.

Pretty sure touring is the same as Sedan. If so your fronts will poke out about an inch. I wouldn't do it. Rears will need to be rolled. Get something closer to ET35 if you plan on doing square 8.5" rims.

Ah! A fellow touring owner, welcome.

On my touring on eibach/FSD, I have 225 45's on 17 x 8 at an offset of ET 26 in the rear, and I had to trim (grind) my inner fender lip and some fender plastic for clearance.





According to willtheyfit.com, with a 225 35 18, your setup would poke out 14mm (1/2 inch) more than mine, so you would need to do some serious triming/rolling to get them to fit. It can be done, but would require some work.

What kind of wheels?

But wil it run with 215/35/18 Nankang ns2?

215/35/18 is too short of a tire. I would size up the height to a 40 profile.

Don't buy these wheels unless you're going to flip them. Any money saved will be spent double on trying to get them to fit, and even if you do you'll likee have to run so much camber that you'll burn through tires costing you even more.

Fronts will poke just under a half inch, rears more. Will take the same amount of work to make fit, less work needed for fronts than other choice, more work needed for back than others.

Until you find some 8" ET 30 or 8.5" ET 35 you'll keep getting the same response. Offsets too low. Not saying it can't be done, but am saying it will cost bucks.
