22 strict fatigued (..after heavy dead lifts..450+ lbs., heavy bench...350+ lbs., and 4 sets of weighted pull-ups w/ 70 lbs.) Here's the video because I deleted it from my earlier post.

Just by that comment I don't think you've really listened to anything thats been pointed out.
I watched them both again, and with the obvious height difference it may look like similar form, but what you are failing to do (and solly isnt) is achieving a lock out at the bottom of the pullup. You shouldn't be going to a dead hang with your shoulders forward touching your ears, but you should be extending almost fully down while keeping your shoulders back as much as possible (shoulders back, lats tied and engaged and locked out ready for next rep) Instead of locking out you are instantly shooting into the next rep.

It's frustrating giving advice that is so blatantly disregarded is all.
I mimicked m3inlines video (and researched into proper form as well) thanks to this thread, and got 9 wide grips after deadlifting. Next time I workout with someone I'll get them to film me doing regular grip pullups fresh, I'm hoping for 13.

I haven't hit the gym since Tuesday. I was, and still am, beat up......but I'm finally at a point where I feel like I can squat and not buckle under the weight. Today is back squat/power clean/chin-up day, with some ancilliary stuff mixed in.

It's funny that you grunt so much. I only grunt during the heaviest of heavy front/back squats.
