You are right personal accountability. You should do the responsible thing and know who you sell your sh1t to.
Again, not my responsibility. Private means just that, private.
Will people with ill intentions slip through? Of course, that's life.
Those instances are the FAR minority. Restricting the freedom and rights of people comes at a cost. See sig

I accept, understand and am OK with that.

Private commerce/transfers
I don't agree with the Federal law on firearm (handgun) transfers. Another law created out of fear and failed logic
Same failures that led us to concealed carry permits

everything is somehow a right that the government is stealing. I am surprised you haven't decided to start your own sovereign citizen movement.

Do you agree that the 2nd Amendment gives us the right to own guns?

Certainly. How would requirements/recommendations/limitations/whatever you wish to label it on your "intrastate private transfer" right inhibit your right to own a gun?

If you believe the Bill of Rights gives a person any right (arms, speech or anything), I'm not sure how we can even hold a conversation
It certainly explains how you formed your position on what people should or should not be "given"
You're looking at it backwards.

Your mentality of thinking and those like you is the root problem. Our government, politicians and anti-rights organizations
really believe that the government has GIVEN or GRANTED people rights and power. Hence, they have the authority to take it away. That is the problem.

If my bubble is filled with facts and education, then yes, I'm in a bubble
Your bubble has become incomprehensible.
