TCC Solenoid - Where to buy?

Greetings,

I am new proud owner of a 1999 323i (new to me). From all the research that I have been doing, I believe my new 323i suffering from a bad TCC solenoid with these so called, "GM" transmission.

I am going to have the transmission flushed this weekend and to see if the shifting when cold improve. If the shifting doesn't improves, I will go back in and replace the solenoid.

Does anyone here have done this before and know where I can buy this solenoid besides the stealership?

I rather not do the work myself, so anyone in Minnesota does know how to do this, please let me know... I can pay for your time and I will also bring over the beer...

Thanks,

Jay

Talk to Seth at J&B Eurotech, he knows these cars inside and out and I'm sure they've seen more transmission issues more than any other shop in the cities.

Good Luck! Let me know how it goes because my transmission is on its way out also...
