Definitely. My old supervisor picked people not so much based on whether she liked them or not, but if they can work with the rest of the folks in the department. The people here are really nice, it makes life easier. But I'd still like to find something where I'm actually qualified, lol.

So tired. Whoever built that ginormous shelf in the garage had PLENTY of time to do it. About half the size of a 2-car garage door, 2 feet deep, solid wood (no MDF nonsense), and actually very well made.
