I hate what liar says half the time but yeah you guys are all reading it wrong as **** and liar is reading it right, 20k is the average penalty fee.....if you don't have health insurance.

How do you figure? They are giving you the 20K figure to figure out the penalty. The 20K figure is also the bronze plan, which is most likely going to be emergency only.
