Hey OP, or anyone....
I been following as i'm trying to get back in the rhythm of working out. I've done the gym, and triathlons, and been in decent shape. But what i have NEVER done, which i started on Sunday is a proper diet and eating right. So far im 4 days in, I feel good and confident avoiding the carbs and rice. I have short goals of 2 weeks, then extend to a month and etc... Long story short, when or if you drink what should I avoid ? Beer? some ppl say white lqr some say dark? your thoughts ? vodka water w/ lime or vodka tonic w/ lime is the best imo. no carbs, 70 calories per shot of vodka and thats it. When you drink beer or mixed drinks the calories/carbs add up very quickly.

I'm a hard cider guy. I don't drink much though.
And chocolate. There is an inverse relation between my level of leanness and my cravings for chocolate.

Updated pictures of me. I've definitely lost a little bit of size, but I'm happy at my current weight (about 188) and condition.
