330 custom supercharged questions

Im AA stage1 user and it is good But since i decided to renew my engine i have idea t make custom stage 3+ setup.

So, im going to use 70mm pulley, who could tell me, how much PSI can Rotrex do? I think i will do engine rev limit at 7200-7500RPM.

I will rebuild (tune) engines head, upgrade oil pump, engines cooling system and I have forget pistons 9,5compression


I want run around 14PSI

And one more question, what fuel pump i should use:
1. AEM 320 LPH Fuel Pump
2. Aeromotive 11142 340 LPH

C38-81 max impeller speed is 90k rpm.

Think you be passing that with a 70mm and will have tons of issues with belt slipping. (I have this issue with 85mm pulley,

You should change the belt.

My belt from AA have been alife for an around 4000km, than it was burned out because of slide. I have changed it for another one 5mm shorter and all comes to work right.

There is some solutions to use wide belt.

I have my solution but its going to a 100 or 105mm pulley...

By using a 70 MM Pulley Kit will be reaching the limits of the Rotrex Blower and my over spin the charger. Also raising the redline over 7,000 RPM is not advisable on this vehicle.
