Ok so the brake conversion is done and so far well worth it. I did the 330xi full brake conversion, front and rear, and everything was a direct bolt on and I fixed my ebrake which now works flawless with no mods to work. Shields also were nothing to worry about as well, the rear rotor tucks very nicely into the shield with no tolerance for bends which makes for a very clean look compared to the 325xi's rear rotor leaving much of the shield showing and kind of sloppy looking. I flushed the system completely with Pentosin Super DOT4 brake fluid. It has a nice reddish color . These brakes are a super improvement over the 325 brakes and stop my car from 80 as fast as my old brakes could only going 35 mph.

So for the weight differences. For this test i filled the new calipers with fluid and plugged them so all calipers were weighed wet. The old calipers i filled with cheap dot3 fluid and plugged the holes for the hoses.
Pads were basically the same weight. I weighed all 8 pads together and the new akebono pads were 1.2 lbs heavier, but my old pads were only about 25% left so we will call the pads weight even.
Front calipers I weighed together and had a weight increase of 1.8lbs.
Rear Calipers were less than a pound difference.
Front rotors also weighed as a set were 4.4 lbs heavier.
Rear rotors came out to be 2.6 lbs heavier.

So in all the front brakes are 6.2lbs heavier and the rear is 2.9 lbs heavier.

There is defiantly a weight gain here but not enough to be claimed as harmful to the car's efficiency (but I have a test for this, be patient and keep reading). The increased stopping power to me makes this gain worth the potential loss.

I get about 360 miles to a tank of fuel with my 17inch wheels, that is three tanks of gas on these wheels. I will run through three tanks of fuel with these brakes and see where i end up on average. I have a nice blend of freeway, town and city driving on my drive to work (70 miles round trip daily). So in about two weeks I will repost my results here.
