Have you guys heard of the double murder in Irvine that was unexplained a couple days ago? There is new info released including the suspect, an ex LAPD officer who is starting a murdering spree, starting there. The girl murdered, Monica Quan (and her fiance) was the daughter of a police captain or (enter high rank) officer who had just a small part in the termination of the suspect from the LAPD. This sh!t is nuts!...
