My guess is 407whp. as long as there is no belt slip. If the IAT's are high I say 389whp.

Not sure, though I doubt the in would be the issue, it's max is 20 psi...so after air compression can't exceed 20 psi...but that can be controlled by the pulley size...

If you're running 11psi I'd be suprised if it made 400whp. As for a turbo back exhaust, with a goal of 500whp I'd run a single 3.5" all the way back.

Are u still seeing 16 psi With lower compression and head work on the 16 psi pulley?

Also, I did contact ess for a 15 or 16 psi pulley. I did get a paypal invoice from them but they did not specify which pulley it was for. I was concerned about just throwing it on because with the larger TB drawing more air, from a common sense point, I figured would multiply more air through the SC raising the manifold pressure (seeing 13 psi on an 11 psi pulley). This same concept is what I was leaning on to see 400rwhp on the 11 psi pulley. I might change out the pulley before the tune. Hopefully it won't raise the manifold pressure above 20 psi...

The engine is built per ESS for that pulley - they supplied the pistons as part of the stage III

Have a current thread on tuning for non m's...
![]() I ordered the map ECU 3 piggy back. The car is at Eurocharged but tuning the stock ECU is proving too time consuming. I need the ECU anyway so now is the time. They will install and tune it. If it works as advertised, the turbo should go on in the next couple weeks I'm waiting on the numbers with the current set up...
