frozen produce is just as good as fresh. Not talking green giant mixes with sauce. I mean just frozen veggies alone.

These are the best imo (the product line). Nothing but veggies. Avoid anything that includes pasta or potatoes etc.

This is for every ~2-2.5 lbs of ground beef you use... I'll use last nights for example... double or halve everything based on lbs of beef.
2.5 lbs lean ground beef 32oz of Tomato Sauce 12oz of Tomato Paste 28oz can diced tomatoes 10-15 white mushrooms, diced 1 large yellow onion, diced 4 teaspoons italian seasoning 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon sugar (reduces acidity of diced tomatoes) 1/4 package of clubhouse spaghetti seasoning packet brown beef in an oiled large saucepan on medium high add mushrooms and onions, cook and stir for about ~5 minutes add italian seasoning, salt, pepper & sugar ... stir to combine add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce & paste... stir to combine add 1/4 package of spaghetti seasoning... stir to combine let simmer for one hour, stirring occassionally thats an awesome and easy meat sauce, tastes way better than any of the canned sauces. I add my meatball recipe which I'm way too lazy to type out / explain methods but if you want meatballs fast and easy just buy a box of frozen ones this could also be done in a slow cooker

mix 2 cups rolled oats, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup wheat germ, a good amount of cinnamon, a cup of flour, a little salt, 1/2 cup honey, 1 egg, and a little under half cup of vegetable oil all together. I also add a good amount of fresh nuts that i crush up for more protein (walnuts, macadamia, pistachio, peanuts, almonds ect.). Then bake at 350 for about 20 minutes (if the edge turns brown they should be crunchy when they cool, i wait till the edge just barely browns and cut right away so they are a little chewy). You'll have some amazing granola bars.
Bake in regular 9x13 pans and grease them well. Be sure to cut before they cool because if you make them crunchy and wait to long they'll be a real pain to cut. I spread peanut butter on them when i eat them, more protein, and it's delicious. I also make about 3-4x that recipe when i make them so i have a good 2 weeks supply. They're great snacks! And guilt free. I'm assuming you could also substitute some flour with whey protein if you wanted. 2 batches will make around 28 bars depending how you cut them. I finally learned how to cook meals with enough for two meals.
Try this chick rub sometime: Cumin, crushed red pepper, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, minced garlic... toss it in a tbsp olive oil and throw it on the Foreman Grill. Really good with spaghetti.
