I have checked several places. We gotta find a spot that is free and easy to get to. The Palm Beach Mall did not want us on their property because of the construction. Liability issues. Other places I called wanted to charge money and you have to apply for a permit in somebody's name. Try this spot one time and see if you like it. We can always change. Rachels is not for everybody. And some of the guys may not be of age to participate. Let's do this first. Get a head count of cars that will participate and then at a later date decide Rachel's or Duffys or Palm Beach Mall or whatever. Plus, I think there is a fee to show at Rachels. IJS.

Meet today, at 2pm til 5pm, 8221 Glades Rd, Boca Raton, 33434. Let's plan on being there, lets see how many cars show up and take it from there. My E46 tranny went out this week. It is at MotorHaus in West Palm Beach waiting for a transplant. I will be in my E30 Alpineweis Mtech Vert. My name is Gary. I can be contacted at 561-758-7218.

Somebody is going to miss out or have a longer travel than most or the time is not gonna meet their schedule. Thing is, these cars are getting harder and harder to find parts and / or service. We need to network and look out for each other.

Like right now I am having a hard time finding an E46 automatic tranny without steptronic. GM build, early 1999 production date.

Meet / Greet Update. I was there from 2pm til 4:30pm. One E46 rode thru and left. Troy from FAU came and hung out and gave me the scoop about how he bought his car and what work he had done and what he was planning on upgrading in the future. total of 3 cars, including my E30 vert. Thanks Troy for showing up.

If anybody has any ideas how to make this go, please post them. Gotta have participation. Thanks.
